Description
A sterile, twisted, absorbable suture, produced from collagen of the gut wall of cattle (serosa) or sheep (submucosa). This natural, polished, and BSE-free material has a pale yellow color and comes in sizes ranging from USP 6/0 to USP 3. It is absorbed via enzymatic degradation, making it an excellent option for surgical procedures that require long-term wound support.

- Softening process achieved through either packed soaking in an isopropanol base or packed softening in an isopropanol solution
